Belarusian diplomats met with Turkish Tourism Associations

On 8 April 2019, Aleksei Shved, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Istanbul, and Aleksei Novik, First Secretary of the Belarusian Embassy in Ankara, met with chief executive officers of the Turkish Tourism Investors Association (TTYD) and Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB).

Ahead of the 6th meeting of the Mixed Belarus-Turkey Tourism Commission, the parties exchanged views about the prospects of bilateral co-operation in tourism, explored a number of investment-intensive areas of co-operation, and projects. Special focus was given to efforts encouraging Turkish tourists to visit the European Games 2019.

In conclusion, the parties charted out the forthcoming plans and arrangements.
