Participation in the 23rd OSCE PA Meeting in Istanbul

On November 17-19, 2025, the Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus, together with a delegation headed by Sergey Rachkov, Chairman of the Standing Committee on International Relations of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, participated in the 23rd OSCE PA meeting held in Istanbul.

The Belarusian delegation raised issues such as the development of inter-parliamentary dialogue with the parliaments of European countries, the participation of the Belarusian side in OSCE PA events, and the use of parliamentary diplomacy to resolve conflicts in the organization's areas of responsibility.

On the sidelines of the event, important meetings were held with OSCE Secretary General Roberto Montella and OSCE PA President Pere Huan Pons, during which the need to establish dialogue with Belarus was confirmed.
