Belarus represented at International Contemporary Art Fair

On 1 June 2023, Istanbul played host to the launch of the 3rd International Contemporary Art Fair «Artcontact Istanbul». Aleksei Shved, Consul General of Belarus in Istanbul, was in attendance.

Belarus was represented by a stand supported by the Belarusian consular mission. The stand featured, amongst others, paintings by a renowned Belarusian artist Tanya Grinevich, a member of the Belarusian Union of Artists, under the curatorial charge of Anna Verinskaya.

The fair deemed one of major events of Istanbul’s cultural life will continue until 4 June.
