Consul General met with Governor of Istanbul

On 9 August 2023, Aleksei Shved, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Istanbul, met with Davut Gül, Governor of Istanbul.

The Belarusian diplomat congratulated Davut Gül on his recent appointment to this position of high responsibility.

As the parties took note of the advanced level of relations between Belarus and Türkiye, they went on with an exchange of views about ongoing bilateral developments, explored matters and prospects of bilateral co-operation as per the remit of the Istanbul Governorship.
