Consul General attending Beauty Istanbul 2024

On 2 October 2024, Istanbul played host to the international exhibition of cosmetics Beauty Istanbul 2024, the fifth annual and region-largest. The forum is attended by over 1100 exhibitors from 60 countries.

At the formal inauguration of the exhibition, Aleksei Shved, Consul General of Belarus in Istanbul, made opening remarks giving focus to the vibrant upswing of the cosmetic industry in our country.

Belarus is represented by the booths of four biggest companies manufacturing cosmetics, perfumery and packaging. The Belarusian diplomat exchanged views with the members of the delegation about the prospects of their exports to Turkiye and the region as well as met with Mahmut Er, director of the exhibition.
