About the meeting with the Minister of Customs and Trade Omer Bolat

On February 16, 2025, at the invitation of the Turkish side, Consul of the Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus Ilya Adarchenko met with the Minister of Customs and Trade of Turkey Omer Bolat in the Istanbul branch of the Parliamentary Union.

During the meeting, I. Adarchenko shared with O. Bolat the results of the election of the President of the Republic of Belarus, emphasizing the importance of this event for the further development of Belarusian-Turkish relations. The Minister expressed confidence in the potential of strengthening ties between the two countries in the trade and economic sphere.

The parties discussed topical issues on the bilateral agenda and identified key areas for further cooperation. The emphasis was placed on the possibility of joint initiatives and projects contributing to the deepening of cooperation.
