Consul General Mr. Igor BELY held a meeting in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality

On November 26, 2014 the Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Istanbul Mr. Igor BELY held a meeting with the Director of Foreign Relations of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mr. Selamettin ERMİŞ.

The sides discussed the results of the visit of Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Mr. Anatoly RUBINOV to the Republic of Turkey with emphasis on the implementation of the agreements on the development of interregional cooperation, noted the mutual interest in the exchange of experience at the municipal level of the two countries as well as discussed the prospects for establishing direct business contacts between the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and the cities of Belarus.
